ELITE SPORTS TRAINING

Elite Sports Training combines strength training, flexibility, core strength, balance, hand eye coordination, and fast twitch movements to enhance a players overall performance.   We stress proper movement and technique for maximum results.   This high intensity training is recommended for dedicated athletes in any sport.

FOOTBALL

High School Off-Season football program is designed to focus on strength, speed, and skill.  Vision Sports brings speed and skill together while working on explosive controlled movements, player’s position, and specific body transitions. Strength training includes proper lifting technique and balance needed for explosive movements on the field. 


 

 

BASKETBALL

Vision Sports programs are designed to enhance overall athletic performance and sport specific skills. The Basketball Elite program develops strength, speed, agility and quickness.  We also train muscle memorization through drill repetition focusing on first step, body positioning, change of direction, and rapid transitional recovery.  The training will also work on shooting off the dribble, coming off picks/screens, catching and shooting while in motion, and playing with your back to the basket.
